Overtime Pay - Have you worked before clocking in, after clocking out, or worked through unpaid breaks? If so, Wal-Mart owes you for this time. Equal Employment - Have you been discriminated against? Wal-Mart must treat you equally regardless of your age, your disability, your gender, the color of your skin, or your religion. Occupational Safety and Health - Is your Wal-Mart safe? It is the responsibility of Wal-Mart to assure that you have safe working conditions. Workers Comp - Have you been injured on the job? If you have been injured, you should qualify for Worker’s Compensation Insurance. Family and Medical Leave - Are you afraid of losing your job because you need to take time off to care for yourself or a sick family member? Do you have a new child who requires you to be home? Wal-Mart may be required to give you time off for these purposes.
