Know Your Rights
Wal-Mart Workers of America is being formed in response to a recent internal memo where Wal-Mart

spouses off of health care, cut life insurance, not hire "unhealthy" or obese workers, and much more.
You have many rights as an employee of Wal-Mart. Here is some more information on the rights you have as an employee of Wal-Mart. Have your hours been cut? You may qualify for unemployment compensation, even though you still work at Wal-Mart, if your hours or schedule have been cut. Click here to learn how to contact your state's unemployment office to tell them what has happened and to see if you qualify.
